We partnered with Stanton Academy to lead an after-school art program, giving students a safe space to express themselves through creativity and art. Stanton is a High School within Yakima School District.

Community forum centered in accessible and equitable housing. Panelist: Senator Patty Kuderer, Executive Director of rods house Chon Marquez, and Isabel Garcia from the Office of Rural and Farmworker Housing. This event was in collaboration with ELLA Adelante a Chicana social justice organization in the Yakima Valley, and local leader Chelsea Dimas.

Our co-owner spoke and tabled at Heritage University for their Coming Out Day in Toppenish, WA. This inspiring event, hosted by their student government, celebrated queerness, inclusion, and community.

Queer and Latine representation is essential to build inclusivity, empathy, and empowerment. This is why we joined WMS for their inaugural Pride event. We brought the Good Times and creative vibes! ✨ Students painted, created their own tie-die shirt and connected with other prideful organizations 🌈

For our 4th Annual valentines flash we decided to donate a portion of the sales to the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project. NWIRP works to advance the rights of immigrants through direct legal services, systemic advocacy, and community education.

We hosted a civic engagement community event with community leader and candidate for State Legislator Chelsea Dimas and candidate for State Senate Maria Beltran. They made history as the first Queer Latinas running for office in Central Washington.

Funds raised directly supported efforts to feed and provide essential services for folks with house security in Yakima.

We collected donations and hosted a dress distribution event where girls from Yakima could get a prom dress for free. The Girls for Girls event is an annual event that was created by Miss Yakima County- Valeria Lopez.

Education is power! We believe education should be accessible especially to those who have historically been excluded from higher education. This scholarship is open to all, Queer and Ally’s in Central Washington. Application for 2025 opens July 1.

This event was hosted by Raices, a community organization in the Yakima Valley. We painted with community while celebrating our culture, and honoring our loved ones.
